Benetintlipblam Now, I’m not going to lie to you: as lip balms go, this isn’t a great one, especially when you take into consideration how much it costs. ($20, since you ask). It’s not particularly moisturising, and it does indeed give a natural "rosy glow", like the website says, as opposed to full-on colour.

That’s OK, though, because I don’t buy it for my lips in particular. Benetint Lip Balm, you see, is a great little pick-me-up product which you can use throughout the day to freshen up your look and add a little colour to your lips and cheeks. Yes, I did say cheeks: it’s not meant to be worn on them, but a few dabs of this brings back some colour without requiring you to run to the bathroom and reapply a face full of makeup.

I keep mine on me all the time, and it’s great for those times when you don’t have time to re-do your makeup but know you’re starting to look a little pale and tired. Benefit do, of course, make Pocket Pal for just such occasions, but I’m not much of a lip gloss girl and Benetint isn’t something you’d necessarily want to apply on the run, so this works better for me. A Dollface thumbs up!
