I love your blog, and you're a wicked funny writer, and I dont want to jinx that by taking away one of your sources of content… but did you ever consider getting R some dog training? when dogs poo or pee where they're not meant to, or chew stuff up, or bark relentlessly, it usually means they're anxious about something. might be something like he thinks he's top dog and he worries when he cant look after you. Don't want to get all dog borstal on you, but some dog training and psychology might make you all happier?

Animals, eh?
Our kitty Jack likes to throw up everywhere, just for fun, which is hilarious for me because I go everywhere barefoot. Sometimes he waits until my dad has put the disinfectant away and throws up all over again.
And we later found out that the reason the lights in our house kept shorting out was because my mother's cat Mischa decided to wee all over one of our extension leads. No wonder her fur stands up on end…

I thought our cat, Milo, was bad enough – he wipes his bum smear across the floor when he can't be bothered to wash it himself – but that takes the biscuit. Kudos to the Rubinman.
