Apparently the UK more than "fills its quota" for immigration every year, so the words "camel" and "needle" spring to mind when it comes to us getting in, unfortunately. We used to go to the caravan park too (the Rhodes one, which is a housing estate now, and one of my most coveted location for my prospective new house) when I was a kid - still love it, and will definitely look out for Harry if we go back this summer :) The original whale bones had to be removed, unfortunately - think the weather had started to destroy them - but they were replaced this year with fake ones, much to the disgust of the elderly gentleman we met at the top! We've been going for our hols since I was tiny - first to Yellow Craig caravan park, then later to a flat right on the sea front. My parents still go for the summer every year - so if you happen to take Rubin at all this summer keep an eye out for Harry on the beach! And i have fallen down coming back down the Law many times. In sensible shoes. Even in wellies, for heaven's sake! I have a great photo of me aged about 7 under the whale bones, wearing my beloved brown duffle coat and frog wellies. Are the bones stil there?!
