Christmas Eve

[Wearing: ♥ Tara Starlet skirt  ♥ H&M top ♥  Christian Louboutin shoes]

The idea of hosting Christmas itself is the stuff of nightmares to me (Like, ACTUAL nightmares, of the wake-up-in-a-cold-sweat variety), but Christmas Eve is a slightly less scary prospect, and as December 24th also happens to be Terry’s brother’s birthday, today we’re having Terry’s side of the family (Or those of them who are currently in the country, anyway!) round for drinks, cake and gifts.

As you can probably tell, I’m writing this before everyone arrives, so I don’t have a whole lot of time, hence the very rushed outfit shots, which my furry sidekick didn’t want to co-operate for. As for my human sidekick, a.k.a Terry, I HAD planned to get a photo of all three of us, but, well, he’s currently naked from the waist up, trying to fix the stair carpet, and that would’ve made this a COMPLETELY different post to the one I’d planned, so I’m sure you can forgive his absence…

Despite the rush, though, I did just want to quickly pop in and wish you all a very Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays/Really Excellent Tuesday and Wednesday, depending on if/what you’re celebrating. I hope you all have a wonderful time, and that the holiday season brings you everything you wish for!

Happy Christmas

  1. Your holiday looks very lovely. I am guessing that maybe you experience hives (A lump or bump when under anxiety) Hence, the reason they appear on important events. The trick to them is to lesson the anxiety and try to relax well before an event. Wishing you and family a blessed New Year… full of less stress…and lots of love.
