  1. I’ve really liked this series about blogging tips and musings, it’s really comprehensive of everything that a neo-blogger might want to know on how to start a blog! In my opinion, it would make a wonderful ebook!

    1. I don’t think anyone would buy it, unfortunately, because they can get it all for free on the blog! I am planning an ebook about blogging, though – just have to find the time for it!

  2. These blogging tips were -incredibly- useful. I think I must have spent over an hour reading and scanning through the articles! I would like to thank you for sharing your experiences as a blogger to those who have yet to gain experience themselves (you know, like me)! Your information isn’t only incredibly useful; your tone is also very genuine and down-to-earth. Thank you, again!

  3. These were all so useful! Especially the post on keeping safe as a blogger, quite a few on there that I hadn’t even thought of and will think of in future! x

  4. Thank you so much Amber, once again you’ve given me all the information I need right at the exact time I needed it! Yesterday I read another big time bloggers article that blogging as a job is over & my heart sank, but you’re right it isn’t, phew. It is a new media form that has opened up career prospects that weren’t there a decade ago. I also enjoyed the copyright section, in fact I was wondering about that when I read a blog that was an obvious rip off of another more established, well known blogger. Why anyone would want to copy someone else I can’t fathom, but I see that they do so it’s good to know a bit about how copyright law works. Wow I need to relax with a cuppa now, my old brain has a lot to absorb….”just sayin!” sorry, couldn’t resist x

  5. As someone just starting out all of these posts have been so helpful! Sad to have finished reading them all, but no doubt will come back to re-read some of them again in the near future as I grow my blog. Thank-you for all the helpful info 🙂

  6. I totally agree with your commenting tip. I don’t really comment much, but as someone who really enjoys reading through the comments, I find it aggravating when it’s obvious someone is commenting just to comment in order to abide by the old traffic-building tip. Scrolling through comments is time consuming enough without the added task of trying to bypass the filler. It’s like the old adage: quality over quantity. I think a few quality comments will go farther than an onslaught of meaningless ones. It’s only when your comment is valuable that someone will take the extra step of clicking to redirect to your blog. Because if they didn’t care about what you had to say, why would they take the time to check out any of your other writing?

  7. Wow Amber!! I just spent my whole day reading your blogposts and especially the ones on blogging. time was flying! sometimes I dont read the whole story because you ramble a lot haha but most of the times i found myself reading the whole damn thing and liked you rambling.

thank you for all your posts! They are quite helpfull!
